**** please note the following changes to the practice test answer key:
11. the second to last number should be 10.3, squared should be 106.09.. this changes the average to 73.61, and the SD to 8.58!
13. Assume that 88 is 87.2, so the percentage would be 13.5+2.5, which is 16%
